In addition to high quality non-ferrous metal casting, LynRus operates a modern machine shop using state-of-the-art CNC equipment. CAD/CAM software is also used for design, programming and tool making work.
Our computerized operation gives us exceptional mass production capability, while holding a very close tolerance on both short and long runs. We produce a variety of cast wheels with machined tolerances of +/-.0005 on a regular basis. LynRus also has several manual machines for prototype work, fixtures, and die work.
Our philosophy is to provide a finished cast component. This may include anodizing, impregnating, painting, and non-destructive testing. Your satisfaction is always guaranteed.
