Aluminum alloy casting is our specialty. LynRus incorporates three different casting processes: Permanent Mold, Low Pressure Permanent Mold, and Pressure Die-Casting . We provide machining, plating, and painting services and, can provide assembly services.

We can manage your Prototype work, scale your output for Low Volume production until your design and market has been secured, and then target production volume on demand. All of our aluminum and other non-ferrous castings are made from certified alloy to guaranty the purity and dependability of the finished product. Approximately eighty percent of our aluminum castings are Heat Treated to T6 condition.

This is all done in-house in our large heat treat ovens. The T6 temper offers improved strength for engineered components and hardness for machining. Aluminum cast components made by LynRus are in everyday use around the world.

They have been included as components of everything from American cars and trucks, roller coasters and vending machines to helicopters, valves, and sophisticated missile components.
