Lynrus and TQM

LynRus believes in TQM (Total Quality Management), We strive to design quality into every cast component we make. All employees are involved and take pride in their workmanship. Action teams are regularly used to solve problems and implement changes in every step of production.

Part of our quality success is achieved by maintaining a stable work force who work as a team. With this team work and quality focus, LynRus was able to participate in a year and a half long project with Navistar International on their 7.3 Liter Diesel Turbo engine. We provided the air cleaner top castings at the rate of 2000 units per week in a permanent mold.

This casting required a large shell core. As a result of our solid reputation for quality cast components, Lynrus has been able to provide parts for discriminating customers all around the world - particularly Europe, Asia, and South America, in addition to the United states.

Our customers include firms in the high tech petrol-chemical, defense, automotive, medical, and aerospace industries, as well as education, utilities, government, and many others. Which means of course that you can bring your quality non-ferrous casting and machining work to us - no matter how big or small - with equal confidence and satisfaction. We maintain two ten-hour shifts every working day to assure customers that they will receive their orders on time.

Because of our commitment to quality, LynRus meets the requirements of ASTM standards, Military Standards QQ-A-591 Die Castings, QQ-A596 Permanent Mold Castings, Mil-STD-2175 Inspection, and MIL-A-21180 High Strength Aluminum Castings.
